Replacing the microSD card
The microSD card is the MusicBox's library. Replacing it means replacing the library: better to know what goes with it.
What is on the card, and what is in the MusicBox
On the card: the music, the playlists, and the link between each NFC card and its playlist.
In the MusicBox: the Wi-Fi, the pairings and its name. They do not move when you change cards.
Changing cards
Switch the MusicBox off, change the card, then switch it back on. The MusicBox only reads its card at startup: a card changed while it is running is not taken into account.
With a properly prepared blank card, the MusicBox creates its folders on its own and starts with an empty library. It never formats a card itself.
If the card cannot be read
With no readable card, the light blinks slowly in red from startup, and the MusicBox's page in the app shows "No SD card". Check that the card is pushed all the way in and prepared, then restart.
