Resetting the Wi-Fi
You change router, you move house, or the MusicBox cannot find its network any more: it needs to forget what it knows and go back to pairing mode.
This is done with the buttons, without the app.
- The white button, hold it
- The dial, hold it too
- Fills purple over five seconds
- 01
The gesture
Unplug the MusicBox. Hold down the dial click and the previous-playlist button together, then plug it back in without letting go. Count five seconds.
A purple bar fills across the eight LEDs while you hold. When it is full, three white flashes confirm, and the box restarts.
- 02
The catch
Both buttons must already be held down at the moment the MusicBox powers up. Pressing them two seconds after plugging in does nothing: the box only looks once, right after boot.
Letting go before the five seconds cancels cleanly. You can start over as many times as you need.

What is erased, and what is not
Erased: the Wi-Fi network and its password, the name you gave the box, Bluetooth pairings and the settings.
Not erased: the music on the microSD card. This gesture never touches your child's library.
- 04
After the restart
The MusicBox comes back in pairing mode, as on day one. It broadcasts its own Wi-Fi network, named TMB followed by four characters, and its LED blinks magenta.
Pick pairing back up from the app.
